Tylenol Cold & Sinus Extra Strength

Tylenol Cold and Sinu Extra Strength is an effective relief of cold and sinus symptoms such as nasal congestion, sinus pains and pressure, a headache, fever, runny nose and sneezing (only in the night). The quick-fix formula will rejuvenate you to your usual routine. The 24-Hour Convenience Pack is made up of 10 Daytime Caplets and 10 Nighttime Caplets to provide 24-hour relief.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and above: Use Tylenol Cold and Sinu Daytime or Nighttime as follows: 1 to 2 caplets with every 4-6 hours of need. Should not take more than 8 caplets per 24. hours.

Cautions

Always read the label and take all instructions. Not to be used with other acetaminophen containing salicylates or other cough/cold or pain/fever treatment medications. Keep out of reach of children. This package has sufficient medication that can seriously harm a child. Take the minimum amount of dose and never exceed the recommended dose. Excess may cause serious irreversible or even life-threatening liver damage.

See a doctor in case of fever longer than 3 days or symptoms longer than 5 days. Medical advice should be sought in case of worsening of symptoms or the symptoms should be accompanied by high fever (>38 0 C) or thick yellow/green phlegm. Should not be used in case of allergy to any of the ingredients. Stop taking and consulting doctors in case of allergic reactions like wheezing, rash or itch.

Day precautions Daytime caplet: Consult a physician when using other medicines, natural health products, prescription or nonprescription drugs; or when chronic alcoholism, and serious kidney or liver disease, high blood pressure, and heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, enlarged prostate, aged, pregnant, or breastfeeding.

Night time caplet precautions: This may lead to drowsiness or excitability. Do not consume alcohol, drive or do something that requires attention. Consultation with a doctor should be taken in case of taking tranquilizers or sedatives or even the same conditions stated above.

Drug Interaction Precaution: Do not use a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) for 2 weeks following the discontinuation of an MAOI. Consult a doctor if unsure.

Overdose: Call an Emergency Physician or Poison Control Centre directly even without any of the symptoms which may include excessive sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and anorexia.

It must not be used in case the carton is not airtight or in case the blister units are damaged. Store at room temperature, 15-30 o C (59-86 F) and dry.
