Tylenol Extra Strength Acetaminophen 500 mg

Tylenol Extra Strength can be applied in the treatment of pains of a headache and migraine, pains and aches caused by colds and flu, fever, and pains in the arthritis, muscles, menstrual, aches and pains. Both the caplets have acetaminophen, a proven pain reliever and fever reducer, 500 mg of each. Tylenol Extra Strength is fast with mild adverse effects on the stomach when taken as per instructions. It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and also reduce fever that is temporary.

Directions:
Adults and children 12 years and above: Take 1 caplet at 4-6 hour intervals as required. Take 2 caplets at the next dose in case the pain or fever is not improving. Take not more than 8 caplets in 24 hours.

Cautions:
Keep out of reach of children. This pack is large enough to cause significant damages to the child in terms of medicine. Should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Take the minimum dose and avoid the maximum daily amount. Exceeding the dosage could result in serious or deadly liver injury.

The pain should not take over five days and fever should not take over three days, see a doctor. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it, even when pregnant or breastfeeding, drink alcohol frequently, or have liver or kidney disease, and any other medication, including prescription drugs, natural health products, salicylates or other medicines that are used to treat pain and fever.

It should not be used in case of allergy to acetaminophen. Stop and see a doctor in case of allergic reactions, which include wheezing, rash, and itching. Contact a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately even without any symptoms in the case of overdose. This is not a normal unit of dosage. Child-resistant package.  Should not be applied to the instances whereby the carton is not closed, or when the seal is misplaced. Store at room temperature, 15–30°C (59–86°F).
